Shipping Policies

Most orders placed by 12 noon EST are processed and shipped the next business day*. It means that if you place your order by mid-day EST, your Gift will be accepted by USPS for shipment the next business day*.
If you place your order after 12 noon – it will be shipped either the next day or the day after.
Orders placed on Friday will be shipped either on Saturday or on Monday.

* - applies to regular retail orders which do not require large quantity processing (up to 5-7 items). All larger quantities orders will be custom quoted for processing time (7 items and mroe).

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping most of our retail orders.
In particular, we use USPS Priority Mail for Regular delivery and USPS Express Mail for Rush delivery.

USPS Priority Mail – usually takes 2-3 business days for all US shipments. (Note: although, most of the time Priority shipments will be delivered in 2-3 days, it is NOT a guaranteed service.)

USPS Express Mail – Delivered to your doorstep the Next Day – Guaranteed!

Please note that the Post Office will be closed on the following days of 2007 due to national Holidays:

• Monday, January 1 - New Year's Day
• Monday, January 15 - Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday
• Monday, February 19 - Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
• Monday, May 28 - Memorial Day
• Wednesday, July 4 - Independence Day
• Monday, September 3 - Labor Day
• Monday, October 8 - Columbus Day
• Monday, November 12 - Veterans Day Observed
• Thursday, November 22 - Thanksgiving Day
• Tuesday, December 25 - Christmas Day
• Tuesday, January 1, 2008 - New Year's Day
