Payment Terms Orders
The only payment method available for internet orders at this time is credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Please, do not send checks or cash.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Items that involve customization: If the item was damaged in shipping, please, let us know by sending us an inquiry, or by phone:
1-866-365-9665 within 5 business days after receiving the product. Please, include the order number and brief description explaining the problem. Depending on customer choice, damaged item(s) will be replaced at no additional charge, or the whole refund will be given, or the store credit for the total of purchase will be issued.
GiftsPassion.com proudly stands behind the quality of its products. Each item is being checked for quality standard prior to packaging and shipping. If you believe that the item you received does not correspond to the level of quality that GiftsPassion.com claims to provide, or if there is an accidental defect on the item, please, let us know by sending us an inquiry, or by phone:
1-866-365-9665 within 5 business days after receiving the product. Please include the order number and brief description explaining the problem. Our customer service representative will contact you as soon aspossible to resolve the issue. The defective items will be replaced at no extracharge.
Items that do not involve customization: All products that do not require custom processing can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving.
Order Cancellation: Initial order can be cancelled within 24 hours after ithas been accepted. To cancel your order, please, let us know by sending us an inquiry, or by phone:
